Overview
The Weighted Sensory Cushion combines calming weight with something interesting to explore. Sealed inside the thick, clear-faced PVC cushion are tactile and visual objects that users can push, track and move around with their fingers, keeping hands busy while the weight across the lap provides a sense of security.
Its generous size and large enclosed objects make it accessible to people with visual impairment and those with limited fine motor skills, and it is large enough to share across a table during group activities. Seams are double-stitched for added safety.
The cushion is fairly rigid, so it is not ideal for very frail users. Approx. 65 x 40 cm. A UV yellow version with glow objects is also available.
