Overview
The adult Suspension Swing brings the benefits of the children's model to older users with movement difficulties. It can be used lying face down, on the back or sitting up, and the user can set it in motion by pushing with the hands on the ground.
Activities such as picking up bean bags or throwing at targets while swinging can be included. The swing is height adjustable and has a brushed canvas cover in 100% cotton. It suits adults approximately 150–200 cm tall, with a maximum load of 200 kg.
Sensory integration therapy should be delivered by suitably trained and qualified practitioners; the swing is designed for controlled therapeutic movement and is not a toy.
