Overview

The Sleep Tight™ Weighted Blanket is intended for children and adults over 9 kg who find it difficult to settle down to sleep. Evenly distributed weight provides calm, steady deep pressure, and a scooped neck cut-out stops the blanket bunching around the face.

It was designed by an occupational therapist with more than 25 years of experience. The cotton outer is deliberately plain and pattern-free to avoid visual distraction, and the BPA-, phthalate- and lead-free PET pellet filling is held securely by triple stitching. The blanket is machine washable.

Choose from five sizes, XS (about 3 years) to XL (16 years to adult). Weighted products should be selected with advice from a qualified therapist; a common guideline is 15–25% of the user's body weight, and the user must be able to remove the blanket independently. Size suggestions are a guide only.
