Overview

The LED Light Panel creates an evenly lit work surface that makes translucent and transparent objects glow. Placed on a table, it invites children to explore coloured blocks, sorting counters, leaves or X-rays, and supports early STEM ideas such as opaque versus transparent, colour mixing, and light and shadow.

Teachers also use it to motivate reluctant writers, to trace and mark-make, and to display artwork for group discussion. Three brightness levels, selected with the on button, let staff choose a soft setting for users who are sensitive to light or a bright setting for those with visual impairment, which makes the panel valuable in visual stimulation programmes.
