Overview

The ITO EU-941 from ITO Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation (Japan) is a combination therapy unit that pairs 4 independent electrotherapy channels with a multi-frequency ultrasound channel, for 5 independent channels in total.

The electrotherapy side covers interferential (2- and 4-pole with vector sweep), EMS, Russian, high-voltage, TENS, microcurrent, galvanic, faradic, diadynamic and Traebert currents, plus I/T curve and AQ diagnostic modes. The ultrasound side works at 1 MHz and 3 MHz, continuous or pulsed (5–50% duty cycle), with large and small probes and selectable coupling sensitivity for standard or medicated gel. Treatment areas can be selected on a body diagram, a sequential mode runs two therapy courses back to back, and an optional SU-540 vacuum unit adds suction electrodes.
