Type: Floor seat cushion

Overview

Sensory Seat Floor Cushions are round, air-filled discs that children sit on during circle time, story time or floor-based work. The cushion moves slightly beneath them, providing gentle balance challenges and tactile feedback that can help them stay seated and attentive.

They also define each child's personal space on the carpet, which supports routines in busy early-years and primary classrooms.

Flexible, sensory-friendly furniture lets teachers give students a choice in how they sit, stand or move during lessons – an approach often recommended by occupational therapists for learners with sensory processing differences, attention difficulties or autism. ENZYM can help plan inclusive classrooms and calm areas. Contact ENZYM for available sizes, colours and dimensions.
