Large Balance Dome

The Large Balance Dome provides an unstable surface for training balance, postural control and body awareness. Standing, kneeling or sitting on the domed side challenges the user's balance reactions, while turning it over onto its flat, rigid base gives a different, wobbling surface. A valve allows the air pressure to be adjusted, so therapists can make the dome firmer or softer to grade difficulty.

Made of rubber, it is used in physiotherapy, occupational therapy and sensory integration sessions and works especially well in multiples to create a balance path. Size 45 cm diameter x 23 cm high; weight 4.3 kg. Sold individually; colours may vary.
