Overview

The HUR Force Platform FP8 is a rectangular force plate for jump testing that can be carried to the field or installed permanently. Its software walks the user through correct technique for squat jumps, countermovement jumps, drop jumps, elasticity tests and fatigue tests (an extension platform is recommended for safety during repeated jumps).

After each jump it automatically displays more than 20 parameters, including jump height, maximum and average power and force, maximum impulse, flight and contraction time, and rate of force development. A General Data Acquisition module supports custom protocols and force logging, for example maximum isometric tests. The package includes the platform, a carrying bag and the Force Platform Software Suite.
