HUR Body Extension Pneumatic Strength Machine

The HUR Body Extension (ST5510-Hi5) is a pneumatic strength-training machine that targets the gluteal and hamstring muscles. Independent lever arms let users work one leg at a time.

Like every HUR machine it works with pneumatic (air) resistance instead of a weight stack. Training starts from a near-zero load and is raised in small steps, so frail, post-operative or deconditioned users can begin safely and progress at their own pace. In the SmartTouch version the machine identifies the user, loads their personal programme on the Hi5 touchscreen and records every set; an analogue-display version is also offered.

Key details include range limiters that block unsafe ranges, emergency release button and Easy Access handgrips.

Who uses it in the UAE: hospital physiotherapy departments, rehabilitation and long-term care centres, senior and active-ageing clubs, and wellness facilities that want measurable, low-risk strength training.
