HUR 4X Multifunction Pneumatic Strength Machine

The HUR 4X Multifunction (STE8540-Hi5) is a pneumatic strength-training machine that targets the chest, back, arms, thighs, hamstrings, glutes and hips through four exercises (dip, shrug, leg press and assisted squat). It is a space-saving option for clinics that cannot fit a full circuit.

Like every HUR machine it works with pneumatic (air) resistance instead of a weight stack. Training starts from a near-zero load and is raised in small steps, so frail, post-operative or deconditioned users can begin safely and progress at their own pace. In the SmartTouch version the machine identifies the user, loads their personal programme on the Hi5 touchscreen and records every set; an analogue-display version is also offered.
