Overview
The PINOFIT® skipping rope is designed for warm-up exercise and conditioning. Skipping trains speed, coordination, jumping power and endurance, which makes it a useful element in the later stages of sports rehabilitation and in return-to-play testing.
The rope is made of steel with a soft coating, and the two handles are ergonomically shaped and anti-slip. The length without handles can be adjusted from approx. 268 cm to 296 cm to suit the user. It works equally well in the practice gym and for exercise at home.
