Overview

The PINOFIT® shoulder stretcher is a simple, effective tool for assisted shoulder mobility. It is fastened between the door and the door frame, and the smooth-running pulley guides the black nylon rope so that one arm can help the other through a light, flowing movement.

Physiotherapists use it for targeted training and mobilisation of the shoulder, arm and back muscles, for example after shoulder surgery or in frozen-shoulder programmes. Exercises can be performed standing or sitting, and because it needs no fixed installation it is well suited to home exercise plans.
