Overview

The PINOFIT® Pilates ball is used for strengthening and relaxation exercises. Placed behind the lower back, between the knees or under the hand, it supports core activation, pelvic-floor and back-strengthening exercises and gentle mobility work.

It has a plug for a fast and simple change of the ball's volume, so therapists can make it firmer or softer to suit the exercise. Available in approx. 18 cm (dark grey or lime) and approx. 22 cm (red).
