Overview

The PINOFIT® Balance Spiky Ball is a dome-shaped balance aid with pleasantly short spikes. Standing on one or two of them creates an unstable surface that trains balance, ankle stability and foot sensation, while the spikes stimulate the sole of the foot.

A needle valve allows the pressure to be adjusted individually. With a diameter of approx. 16 cm, the balls are often used in pairs in balance circuits, fall-prevention groups and sports rehabilitation.
