PHS Strava SMART Splint Bath with UV-C Disinfection

The Strava SMART Splint Bath (100.600) takes the guesswork out of custom orthosis fabrication. Therapists select a thermoplastic preset or set their own time and temperature on the digital touch interface, and the bath heats quickly and evenly, in about 25 minutes, while a temperature display, visual timer and audible and visual alerts show when material is ready.

Its standout feature is infection control: PHS describes it as the only splint bath designed with two built-in disinfection methods, a UV-C germicidal function and a high-heat sanitation cycle, supported by two-stage filtration. A low-water sensor, automatic on/off, a bi-fold stainless-steel lid and rapid water evacuation simplify daily use. The internal tub measures 12 × 19 × 6 inches inside a 22.6 × 19.75 × 10 inch housing.
